SALES AND BOOKINGS
- A deposit of 30% of the total amount must be made 1 month prior to the arrival of the participants. The balance is due upon receipt of the invoice.
- For last minute reservations, the full payment of the service is due at the time of booking.
- Final confirmation of the number of participants must be given 3 working days prior to scheduled arrival date, after which no further changes can be made.
- The House of Rémy Martin reserves the right to invoice in full for the amount of the service if it is cancelled 3 days or less before the intended date of arrival.
