In association with the Hotel Negresco
Recently, the Negresco Hotel, a major House dedicated to the French Arts, revealed “The Chef’s Book – 100% Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant”.
The House of Rémy Martin, which has just renewed its certification label, accompanied the Negresco on this wonderful journey. Indeed, the idea was for EPV-Certified companies to collaborate on the publication of a book tracing 10 years of exceptional culinary creations of Jean-Denis Rieubland, the Chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant Le Chantecler.
This book is a real testimony of the talent of the twelve EPVs who participated in its achievement and work daily towards French-style excellence.
